The project consists of the construction of Gold Bazaar Retail Podium in addition to a Hotel Building, over a distribution of 4B+G+M+12+P, located in Ain Al Goud Area. HATCO's scope of work in this project is complete Design & Build Turnkey for all MEP Services including ELV Systems and Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Networks.
