The project consists of the Design & Build of a factory premise consisting of a 4,462sqm Factory Building, 630sqm Office Building and External & Ancillary Buildings and Facilities. The factory specializes in the fabrication of decorative steel with the latest hi-tech equipment. HATCO's scope of work in this project is the complete design and construction of the factory premises, ready for equipment installation and operation. The scope includes all Civil Works, Electrical Works and Mechanical Works.
