The project consists of the Design & Build of a factory with a total built-up area of 10,355sqm on a plot of 16,630sqm. The factory specializes in the fabrication of decorative steel with the latest cutting edge technology, including Electro-plating, CNC, Sand Casting and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD – Surface Coating Technology). HATCO's scope of work in this project is the complete design and construction of the factory premises, ready for equipment installation and operation. The scope includes all Civil Works, Electrical Works and Mechanical Works.
