The project consists of the construction of 6 Nos. Electrical Substations for the Lekhwiya Sports Zone Project. In order to meet with very tight implementation time-frame the buildings were re-engineered into Concrete Precast Elements (such as external and internal precast wall panels, precast parapets, precast electric cable trenches and Hollow-Core Slabs), while fully complying with Kahramaa requirements. Our Scope of Work all included various MEP works inside the sub-stations. The total built up area of all Substations is approx. 3,000m2, where the largest of the Substations is a complex underground structure.
