The project consists of a large size building having a total Built-up Area of approx. 26,000 square meters distributed over Two Basement Floors, Ground Floor, Seven Upper Floors and Penthouse.HATCO’s scope consists of Design and Build of all MEP services including the supply and installation of all MEP equipment, in addition to the Fire Fighting and Electrical Sub-Station works.
